We would not return if it’s free. When manager is in, she can get things somewhat under control, but when she’s not there, it is a total disaster. Staff are incompetent and are unable to solve any issues, including maintenance related. FYI, pool was full of leaves and freezing cold. Hot tub was a cold tub and Maria’s (front desk lady) solution was to turn on the jets and tell us that the bubbles will warm up the temperature in a “hot” tub. She wouldn’t let us leave with no penalty, but being a higher tier Marriott member, I called the corporate and they canceled our reservation with no penalty.

Positive: Modern furnishings, bedding/linens were very good; Negative: Had no free coffee urn in the hotel lobby.….besides no available for complementary, the charge to buying a cup was $4.50 considering room rate being $--- per night, a charge for coffee was chessy!

Beautiful hotel with an overall clean feel. Very bright and inviting lobby with wonderful and bubbly staff to welcome you in the door. There's a scenic pool with a gun on the grounds. Starbucks coffee and a nice dining area - full food bistro bar.

My son and I booked last minute, great location, the hotel is clean and all staff was extremely friendly. Will stay again. They have a cute little bistro area with a Starbucks and a nice little area of books to borrow if you get bored.

My stay at the Courtyard Marriott in Coral Springs was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. From the moment I arrived, the property appeared poorly maintained and unprofessional. The room was in unacceptable condition. I encountered roaches, signs of mold, dirty sheets, and overall cleanliness issues that made me uncomfortable throughout my stay. The television did not work, the room phone was inoperable, and the air conditioning could not be properly adjusted. Having a non-functioning phone in a hotel room is a serious concern, especially in the event of an emergency. The food was also disappointing, with poor quality and limited standards that did not meet expectations for a Marriott-branded property. The customer service experience was equally frustrating. The front desk staff were unprofessional and unhelpful when concerns were raised. Housekeeping communication was difficult, making it challenging to address basic room issues during my stay. For the price charged and the reputation associated with the Marriott brand, this experience was completely unacceptable. I will not be returning, and I will be filing formal complaints with Marriott corporate and the Better Business Bureau regarding the condition of the property and the lack of adequate customer service. I would strongly advise potential guests to consider other accommodations in the area.

I am very disappointed with the way this location and its staff has been handling myself and my team the past week and a half. I have been renting the event room at this hotel for the past 7 years and have had 5 events here as well as booked multiple rooms to stay. The location has been very convenient for what we do. This past week I have called and spoke to multiple people to no avail, after finding out that the original point of contact was no longer employed there (this is the 3rd time). I have been promised call backs from Maria G., Asia, and one other. With no follow-ups. I’ve been giving multiple emails to reach out to and they all have bounced back or just haven’t responded, including one for Shannon V. who they one day told me was the sales coordinator and then the next told me they didn’t have a sales coordinator. Before this, I have dealt closely with the sales/event coordinators at this location and unfortunately they have been through many. The turnaround here is ridiculous. The staff is rude and passive aggressive. And even besides that the integrity of the location is poor! The rooms had mold, the event room had a leak, the carpets were wet and smelled like mold, the phones in the rooms didn’t work— we only found this out after trying to call because the rooms had no clean linen or towels. The pool area is unkept. Just all around a bad experience and I am finally fed up. I basically have been begging them to take my money. No one will have a conversation with me so that I can book the space again. I’ve never had any issues verbally with these people because I know how working in customer service can be. Still no call backs. I’ve been extremely understanding and accommodating. But this is just too much and I won’t be back, unfortunately. I was really hoping to continue to use this space but I’m just not comfortable with the current personnel. Unprofessional.

Everything is clean and everyone we interacted with was very friendly. We especially want to highlight Mr. Mohammed at front desk who went above and beyond to take care of our needs . He thanked me for being a gold Marriott member and gave us a room with a perfect quiet and sunset view.The room is large, the beds and sheets , towels look brand new, the service is exceptional . While not far from the highway the hotel is tucked away with a forest of trees in the back and very quiet.
